Daughter's First New Car I negotiated the price with several dealers online for my daughter. Jason responded with a written quote that I couldn't refuse so I had to let the other dealer know I had changed my mine. When we arrived we were met by Aida. Aida respected that we had already made a decision on a car and didn't try to up sell us on another vehicle. She was very professional and respectful. We met Jason who was very cordial and communicated his appreciation of choosing Sport Mazda. The finance manager manager explained all the warranty packages in a clear and precise manner which we respectfully declined. At the end Carlos explained and demonstrated all the car's options in a patient and clear manner to my daughter. We would definitely return to purchase another Mazda. A great A+ experience! More

Good rep but disorganized dealer Rob provided good service. He was very nice and it was a pleasure to deal with him. However, I was dissapointed to hear that the offer I got when I purchased the car of free maintanance was not in the system. Rob ended up giving me the service for free but I did not like the fact that I had to remind them they gave me this offer. Its almost as if the delaership gives these offers but has no intention of honoring them if you indeed buy the car. This disorganization also occured at the begining of the purchase when the contracts given to us didn't have certain paperwork detailing the coverage of an extra package we purchased. Overall, the service dept is great but it seems like the finance department is not organized nor reliable. More

I had my last car for 14 years and was dreading the thought of going to get a new car because we all have heard about or have actually had the pushy sales guy,the good cop/bad cop between the salesman and the sales manager on price,etc,etc. Delvin was very nice, listened to what we wanted, and we looked at cars that fit our criteria. He was very patient on our multiple test drives and never tried to push any car on us. Once we made our decision,with zero pressure from Delvin, we went in and signed the paperwork with Edwin Acevedo. He made the transaction process very quick and painless, while also explaining everything so we understood what we were signing. Got a great rate and payment a little less then we expected. I had been looking at the Mazda 3 (both new & used) and had a good idea of what I wanted & what I could afford. While looking for vehicles online, I found a used vehicle that had everything I wanted at a price I could afford so I clicked the link for more info. Willie Ortega contacted me shortly after that & we arranged for me to look at the car later that day. Willie was great. He had the car ready for me to look at & test drive when I got there. He answered all my questions & was very patient in addressing my concerns. I explained my financial situation & that my credit wasn't perfect, but he assured me that they worked with several banks & would work hard to help me get something. Edwin Acevedo took care of getting me a loan & was able to find me something with a very low & affordable interest rate. When my car was ready for me to drive home, Willie explained everything to me & made sure I understood everything. They made the whole process easy & actually enjoyable.
