I do not understand, even if your car came from our other facility, there should have been plenty of time to have it prepared before your visit. I apologize. Our processes do not include dirty cars waiting to be shown to our customers. I am grateful to you that even with that, you went ahead about your new Mazda. I can only say despite our number one goal, you did not receive the service you deserved or that you should have expected. I will endeavor to make sure that doesn't happen again.
