Pete, this is Jay Mealey, Owner at Sport Mazda. Thank you for sharing your concern and I will get with both Jason and Mark immediately on this end and see what we can do to make you feel better about the transaction. Though hardly "bait and switch" (which is illegal by the way...) I can understand you confusion. As the only Mazda Dealer in Central Florida to sell our New Mazda's with NO Dealer Fee, we many, many times dealer trade vehicles in from other Dealerships for our customers so they can save money and purchase the vehicle without the Fee. Some of these units stay in our inventory and it sounds like the vehicle you purchased may have been one of these "dealer trade" units that accumulated 100 extra miles being driven to our lot. Regardless, we should have caught the mileage discrepancy in the paperwork so everybody could be on the same page and I apologize for this oversight. Jason is usually very good in this respect and we have sold hundreds of customers in the same manner that you purchase from us.... out of town, looking for the right vehicle and the best price and willing to drive to get exactly what they want. Thanks again and I will be sure Jason reaches out to you promptly.
