Outstanding customer service !!! I happened to experience a flat right rear tire in front of Sport Mazda. Pulling into their Service Department, I was promptly greeted by Service Advi I happened to experience a flat right rear tire in front of Sport Mazda. Pulling into their Service Department, I was promptly greeted by Service Advisor Donnie Lawson, who started the paperwork on my car right away---even though it was a different-brand auto. He told me that my tire would be repaired as quickly as possible, and that the technician would examine the other tires to make certain that their were no other problems with the tires. In less than one hour, I was on my way, even on a busy Monday morning !!! I cannot emphasize enough how stress-less Donnie made this situation !!! Kudos to him and the staff at Sport Mazda !!! More

Amazing Car, just took awhile Brandon was an excellent salesman. He showed me all the different cars I wanted to see and dealt with me when I kept changing my mind on color or styl Brandon was an excellent salesman. The process wasn't bad and they were able to get me the payment I wanted, just for a longer term than I wanted. But, this car did have more accessories than I was looking for so I was willing to pay more than I wanted in the end and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH IT!!! Only problem was we finished signing papers at 4:30 and I didn't get the car until 6:30 due to a dead battery and detail cleaning. That stuff could have been done while I was signing papers. Overall, good experience and I now SMILE everytime I look at my car. More

I can honestly say my experience was a pleasant one. From the moment I walked in I kept waiting for "the catch" but there were none. Delvin, my salesperson, made the purchasing of my car extremely effortless and easy. I walked in there with my guard up and quickly realized it wasn't necessary. Honestly this was less time consuming and less frustrating than finding the right pair of shoes to complete the perfect outfit! Thank you Delvin for your service and thank you Jesus for providing!
