Mike Losardo was great to work with I was in the market for a new vehicle so I stopped in several months ago to test drive a vehicle. I honestly was dreading the entire process: the stre I was in the market for a new vehicle so I stopped in several months ago to test drive a vehicle. I honestly was dreading the entire process: the stress about finding THE vehicle; driving onto the dealership and having a flock of sales people swarm over you like buzzards... especially because I wasn't exactly ready to buy, but had my mind made up that I wanted to get the CX-5 (at the time). Mike was the sales rep that I worked with- he was understanding that I wasn't buying at that time, but gave me a list of options should I have wanted to. He was not pushy at all- I left the dealership feeling confident that when it came time - I would definitely want to buy a Mazda to get the best bang for my buck - on a reliable vehicle. And most importantly work with Mike Losardo. Throughout the next few months Mike kept in contact with me- letting me know when special pricing was being offered in a very professional, non-pushy way. Over all this time I had been doing my research - I decided that I wanted to upgrade what I was originally going to get and get the CX-9...Thursday the 13th it was "time." I reached out to Mike to see if he was going to be there and he said he was off that day. I was going out of town for a little bit, but really wanted to get my new vehicle. Because Mike Losardo was such a professional- I decided to wait it out and purchase the vehicle when I got back, because I wanted to insure that the credit was given to the person who built and kept that relationship (I am not sure how their sales structure works - I just am going based on my knowledge of sales). For those who are on the border of getting a Mazda- DO! I also think you should go down and ask to work with Mike Losardo. He is a very knowledgable, non-pushy, respectable and nice guy to deal with. You will walk out of there knowing you weren't taken advantage of with price- and with complete knowledge of whatever you drive off with. I have never felt more at ease searching for, buying and driving off a lot as I have this transaction. Thank you Mike for all your help! I promise if any of my friends are looking for a new vehicle- I will be sending them your way! Thanks Sport Mazda for running a dealership filled with professionals!
