We have a very simple goal here, LISTEN to the customer, and then do everything you can to GET THEM WHAT THEY WANT. You may think it is easy, but it was hard for us when we started. We stopped hiring what we called Car Guys, who just knew cars. and started hiring younger, naturally friendly and caring staff that already had some experience in customer service.
