The staf from the sales rep, Brandon Moya, to the financial consultant, were attentive, polite and no nonsense. Brandon actually drove the car 30 minutes away in heavy traffic to my RESIDENCE so that my wife could see the car before I committed, while I went back to work! The next day, we inked the deal. When another car I was interested in became available, I called him. We made the deal. Mike is the kind of salesman I like. He isn't hard sell, but he is attentive and professional. He's friendly, but didn't act like he's my best buddy. Our deal went smoothly. I just bought the car today and so far am very happy with it and the dealership. Purchased a 2018 CX-5 I went through TrueCar and received quotes from three dealers. I contacted two other local and three remote dealers in my initial search for a straig I went through TrueCar and received quotes from three dealers. I contacted two other local and three remote dealers in my initial search for a straight-forward dealership. Only a few dealers made it through the initial phase. I ended up changing my request from a 2017 to a 2018 model and only one person sent an updated quote when asked- Alex Stinvil at Sport Mazda. Even though Sport Mazda was not the closest dealer to me, Alex's attitude was exactly what I wanted. I didn't get a rote sales pitch. We had a real conversation with a comfortable discussion. Later, if I had a question, I texted it and he responded politely without any pushing. He let me do things on my timeline. And Andy, the "F&I man" was pleasant and not pushy. I visited three times and various other employees were all friendly without feeling fake about it. To me, this speaks to good management. More
