Thank you for taking time to write this review for Nick Radoslavov and the Service Department. One of the great things that Mazda requires of all dealers is that a full-circle inspection is completed on every service. The inspection tells customers a great deal about their car including a heads-up on things that are getting close to or maybe already need service. It gives you excellent information for planning travel, budgeting for service, and scheduling future service visits. I have talked to a number of customers who really appreciate the briefing they get from the Service Advisors at the end of their service visit using this inspection. Nick and the other Service Advisors makes sure that customers are kept informed of their cars condition. It is a good thing.
