MazSporty, As a loyal customer, I am sure Nick Radoslavov and the other Service Advisors are well aware of you and your car, and what both need to make the service visit both enjoyable and successful. Your contacting Nick to tell him of your problems triggered a lot of preparation and communications within the Service Center and I have no doubt that Nick made sure he was ready to assist you when you arrived. It is how they take care of the unexpected things that always amazes me. I believe these guys are the best service team I, and our customers, have ever had. Thanks for the comments.
