I am thankful that even though the speed did not meet your expectations, or ours either, you still thought enough of the service Willie and Andy provided to still give us a great rating. We have worked on increasing our speed to make the finance portion of the sale go faster, but sometimes we have delays that we cannot resolve ourselves. I have added more finance specialists to eliminate delays but we still must go through off-site finance agencies to get approvals. I am happy to believe that all the tasks we could do ourselves made your visit more enjoyable and successful. Thank you for choosing Sport Mazda and for being our patient customer. You are right,, the most used cars have some imperfection but we make sure that every one that can be, is fixed, during the inspection process. We have paint, dent, and upholstery specialists that are on-site almost every day.
