It's a big pu Walking into Sport Mazda I was a little intimidated due to the fact that this was my first time buying a car for myself, I mean come on! It's a big purchase! Who wouldn't be intimidated right?! Prior to the arrival I had exchanged emails back and forth with Brandon, who was very responsive and nothing but helpful, which encouraged me to visit the dealership. Upon my arrival, Brandon greeted me right away. The process from start to finish was not easy, there were things that I was unhappy with but Brandon made sure to go out of his way to make me happy as well as understand each step of the process. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, if there was any confusion it was resolved, and most importantly, if I wanted to double check on something he would do it for me without hesitation or complaining. I left Sport Mazda with the car that I wanted and absolutely love at the price that I wanted as well. There's no complaints over here and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! I would also like to mention that it was so nice to have Dan, stop by the desk to greet me and really take the time to talk to me. It made me felt that they really do appreciate my business and that I wasn't just another "customer" but rather a friend of Mazda as well. I ended my journey with Andy from Finance and he was very honest with me. He gave me his honest opinion and recommendations on what he thought that I needed and the financing process if I had any questions it was answered. I didn't felt like he was forcing me or hustling me to add on anything. Buying a car, especially your first car, is a very humbling process.
