Purchased a 2018 CX-5 I went through TrueCar and received quotes from three dealers. I contacted two other local and three remote dealers in my initial search for a straig I went through TrueCar and received quotes from three dealers. I contacted two other local and three remote dealers in my initial search for a straight-forward dealership. Only a few dealers made it through the initial phase. I ended up changing my request from a 2017 to a 2018 model and only one person sent an updated quote when asked- Alex Stinvil at Sport Mazda. Even though Sport Mazda was not the closest dealer to me, Alex's attitude was exactly what I wanted. I didn't get a rote sales pitch. We had a real conversation with a comfortable discussion. Later, if I had a question, I texted it and he responded politely without any pushing. He let me do things on my timeline. And Andy, the "F&I man" was pleasant and not pushy. I visited three times and various other employees were all friendly without feeling fake about it. To me, this speaks to good management. More
