Dwight, It is hard to disagree with a customer who just bought a new Mazda from my dealership. I think you are right on the money when you comment on how great a salesperson she is. It is very nice to hear you felt special and that she made sure you left with the car you wanted. In my book, that does make a salesperson special. Mazdachic22, Thank you for writing this review. Sometimes it is not good news when we have to tell as customer that a part must be ordered. But it is just a fact of life that stocking every part for every model and year is not realistic. Nick, I am sure, made sure that there was no other way before he presented you the news. It sounds like he did everything he could to make sure you knew that we would not inconvenience you unless necessary. Nick making sure about your warranty and offering the loaner car (a new Mazda) was also to make sure you were cared for.
