Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable I recently bought a 2018 Mazda six from Sports Mazda. I started speaking with Alex about a month prior to my purchase and he was very good about check I recently bought a 2018 Mazda six from Sports Mazda. I started speaking with Alex about a month prior to my purchase and he was very good about checking in to see if I was ready to buy yet but not being pushy. When I finally was I texted him that I was ready to make a deal if he could find me the right car and he did. The process was easy. I love my new car and thanks Alex for all your help. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Today I brought in my 2016 MAZDA 6 because the RPM meter (revs) is increasing to 2,000 when I have my car in parked. I also brought it in due to the f Today I brought in my 2016 MAZDA 6 because the RPM meter (revs) is increasing to 2,000 when I have my car in parked. I also brought it in due to the fact my gas cap is broken for the 6TH time once again. I sat there for about 2 hrs waiting to find out what was wrong with the revs for them to tell me they had to contact MAZDA Corp in California because they don’t know what is wrong with the car. When they finally get in contact they said to fix it, it will cost $320 & if that doesn’t work they will give something else a go which will cost about $180. I told them fine go ahead and they did the repairs for $320. I leave and go to the gas station down the street and the car doesn’t start, so I go back to the dealership. They said sorry we have no loner vehicles you’ll have to leave it here and we will look at it on Monday. The fact I spent $320 for them to fix my car and I get it back worse then when I gave it to them is RIDICULOUS!!!! & on top of that the gas cap is still broken. So now I’m without transportation for at least 2 days minimum, spent over $300, & experienced the WORST customer service EVER. All the “manager” could do was shrug his shoulders and say sorry. How did he think I was suppose to get home??? If this is how they treat customers then I will be for sure leaving Mazda. More

Amazing experiece!! I stopped in to Sport Mazda on Sat orginally for service to my mazda 3, wich I leased from there. While I was waiting my husband and I decided to kill I stopped in to Sport Mazda on Sat orginally for service to my mazda 3, wich I leased from there. While I was waiting my husband and I decided to kill time by walking around and looking at the used cars. Thats when I saw it the perfect cx9 touring addition. I have always loved the CX9 and with being pregnant i knew I needed a bigger car. The price was amazing and the touring eddition had everything I wanted included. We walking inside and asked for a test drive, thats when we meet my car buying angel, Marlyn. She sat us down went over everything we wanted and needed, and took us for a test drive. I loved the car and she got to work right away making sure i got the deal I needed. We were there a while waiting on paperwork, and marlyn being the angel she is made sure because I am pregnan that I had something to eat while waiting. In the end i got the car i wanted and needed at the price I wanted. Marlyn went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful! I would recommend sport mazda to anyone looking for a car as i bought 2 cars from them so far and they have been the easiest most enjoyablecar buying experiences i have ever had, I would especially recommend Maryln Santos who made us feel like family! More
