Hello, this is Jay Mealey - Owner / Sport Auto Group. I must admit this is the first time I have every been the primary reason for a negative online review. Please accept my apologies that the vehicle you were interested in was in Demo service when you arrived. We do have systems in place to inform the team that certain new vehicles may not be availible but I am afraid the ball was dropped here. Again, I feel terrible about your inconvienance. The good news is this CX-30 is such an impressive vehicle that my wife fell in love with it almost immediately. Ironically I am taking her out of it today and it will be for sale as an Ex Demo. Please let me know if you have any interest or if there is anything at all I can do for you at this point. I would also be willing to have a vehicle driven out to you this time and, if it made sense, we can work the entire transaction at your home or office. I will also be sure and place a Sales and/or Service credit on your account for the time spent (wasted) in my store as they were "looking" for the CX-30... things have sure been crazy the last 60 days! I am afraid we have have some process break downs in the store since we have been open as an "essential business" since day 1 of the Covid crisis and we have doing our best to just figure everything out and enable employees to come to work, feel safe, get paid, etc... All that to say, no excuses here but it's been challenging and I feel terrible that we feel far short from providing you the 5 star experiance you deserved.
