Time spend waiting for car service was less than a drive up at Walmart or Tire Kingdom. Labor too price.... ,should be less on labor also so part are to much to pay for .but overall great service can not t up at Walmart or Tire Kingdom. My wife has a Mazda III and we have been very happy with it. We have alway brought it to the Sport Mazda dearler for service. All of the personnel have been courtious and professional. The only thing I would suggest would be to please wash the car after service. In aviation it is a Federal requirement for the aircraft to be washed an cleaned prior to inspection so that the mechanice can complete an inspectin. More

He was f I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda i3 Touring model. Victor Ortiz was my salesman and I was extremely happy with doing business with Victor. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He helped me find the car I wanted to buy, not the car he wanted to sell me. He was patient with me as I decided on what features I wanted in the car. I was divided in whether I wanted an automatic or manual transmission so we ended up going on a fairly comprehensive test drive in both models. He was easy to talk with and a very personable guy. Victor helped me all of the way through the process but I would also like to say that everyone elese I had spoken with or dealt with at the dealership were genuinely friendly as well. From the sales manager to the finance manager the positive attitude was all the same. I would definately recommend Victor and Sport Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda car. The dealership is a small family owned dealership not on of the big mega dealerships. Despite it's small size they carried a very good inventory and had exactly what I wanted and Victor got me a price that was more than satisfactory. It was a great deal. Thanks, Mike More

Dealership said they would call me back because they could not get financing same day and had to call lenders. They said they would call me back what they found later in the day. Never got a call. Mind you before I left the dealership they said for me not to call the Prev. Dealership I went to (Cory Fair Banks Mazda) because they would get me a better deal. HA! Next day I went back to Cory Fair Banks Mazda and walked out 1 hour later with my new Mazda. (At a Much Cheaper Price) and Payments lower than what I was offered. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They seem friendly, but like any car dealer they will play games, and never will call you back. Learn to keep promises. I kept mine. More
