The environment felt open and friendly, the negotiation was honest, fair and very comfortable. Earnest Evans was our salesman and he did a spectacular job, it was such a pleasure dealing with him. He was well informed, patient, and respectful and even had a great sense of humor – we never felt pushed or misled in any way, even the finance office was a quick process that was honest and easy to understand which made ALL the difference in the world to me. I would definitely recommend Earnest, his team and Sports Mazda to all my friends and family and you bet I will be doing business with him again! Teamwork to do the right thing I purchased a used car for my daughter at sportsmazda. We negotiated a fair deal.with no hassle. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the head mechanic not I purchased a used car for my daughter at sportsmazda. We negotiated a fair deal.with no hassle. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the head mechanic noticed that a tail light was out. They examined the light and concluded that it was not the light but the actual holder of the light. They could have simply placed a bulb and I would not have been the wiser, with the light bulb probably short circuiting in a few days. The head mechanic (whose name I cannot remember), the sales person, Kerwin Larocque and Ellie Diaz huddle and realized they could not let me leave with the car and have the light go off and receive a ticket for a code violation. They got me a rental and ordered the part so that the car could be delivered, meeting code, with no issues. This to me is doing the right thing, and knowing you can trust SportsMazda. Other dealers would have simply replaced the bulb and then later said to me., well you bought a used car. Good job Sports Mazda!! More
