I went to multiple dealerships before Sports Mazda and just didn't get a good feeling, I dealt with a lot of high pressure salesmen and didn't feel like they were looking out for my best interest. Sport Mazda was totally different and I feel like Richard was very honest and patient with me, and told me both the good and the bad things, not just telling me anything to try and get me to make a purchase. I'm very happy I decided to go out there and I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Edwin great, process slow Edwin was EXCELLENT and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He did a great job answering my questions and when he didn't know the Edwin was EXCELLENT and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was not impressed however with the amount of salespeople that appeared to be standing around. When I first arrived, I stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes with salespeople walking by and not a single, "hello," which was quite a surprise. I also felt like the process was a bit slow and felt like I was sitting around and waiting for too long between negotiations and to sign all the agreements. More
