I also spoke with Sully for a few minutes while I waited for my tire to be installed. He's an incredibly nice and outgoing guy. Always ask about how life is going and about the car. Great place to buy a Mazda! Came into this place to buy a Mazda3 - Brian San Pedro was excellent, very polite and helpful sales person who by no means was pushy. Then Bradford MacGregor came into place for negotiating and he was very courteous and polite as well. The place missed 5 stars overall for 2 reasons: 1) the price was $120.- apart for what we wanted to give and they were asking and they made a big deal and claimed they will make it fall apart (for 120.-?) - well, that cost you on satisfaction as due to 120.- and its big deal we were not 100% satisfied. 2) once deal was made we had to wait a very long time for the finance person to finish as they were swamped - but once it was our turn finally things went fast and well. Would/will definitely go back there again. More
