Jeremy Thank you! I had a problem with my brand new Mazda6GT on Saturday late at night when the "Check Tire Pressure" lights came up. I stopped in a gas station and put I had a problem with my brand new Mazda6GT on Saturday late at night when the "Check Tire Pressure" lights came up. I stopped in a gas station and put more pressure in all tires, I really don't know how much pressure I put (I think more than recommended) and even doing that, the light kept showing me to check the tire pressure. I was afraid with that and on Monday morning I called the Dealer Services and I talked to Jeremy. I did not have any appointment and he understood my concerns and went above and beyond for me. He asked me to take the car to the Dealer. He provided me with exceptional customer service and made my stay in the waiting area very pleasant !!! More

When it came time that we were ready to buy it was a positive experience. The customer service really shows and we truly appreciate it. We admit - we went to other dealerships to compare prices, but we came back to Sport Mazda not only for the price - but the service. Everywhere else we went had the high pressure sales tactic - just out to sell a car, not caring about the customer. We didn't feel that at all at Sport Mazda. Kyle was very efficient, organized and knowledgeable. We decided on a vehicle, there was no pressure to buy, the atmosphere inside the dealership was comfortable. All of the staff was courteous and respectful. I was worried about my mediocre credit. They found a creditor and we were driving off the lot with our car in just three hours. Love it!
