Went in to possibly replace my old Mazda with a new one and did just that. Edwin was the sales person who greeted my when I walked in and from there it was smooth sailing. Next I met with Juan to finalize all paper details. Juan was efficient with his explanations and the quick process of the paperwork. I appreciated that he explained each paper and answered any questions I had. Finally I was asked to come back for a check-up with in 10 days if possible to just see how things were going. I came back in the allotted time frame and met with Brian in service. Once again the process was smooth and efficient. I liked that he took care of my situation promptly and even came in to check on me in the waiting room to let me know how much time things were taking. Overall experience so far will bring me back again when it is time to purchase a new Mazda. More
