My husband and I came in to get a car as we were in a bad jam. We had gotten into an accident in our only working vehicle. I hate car salesmen because they only look out for themselves. When we came to see Farid, He talked to the bank on our behalf and got us an alright deal on a Mazda 3 hatchback. I asked if we could have something else because I really didn't want a hatchback, so I was really disappointed about that. I wish we could have been given a choice about which car to take. Farid said that was all we could get as first time buyers which I absolutely did not believe. I know that we could have had a choice. That was the only car they WANTED to give us. Also we were not offered gap insurance which we know if available for us. I wish Farid would have been more truthful with us about what we were qualified for and more truthful about the options we had. He told us we could get into the car we bought and maintain the payments for about 6 months, then if we want to trade it in, we could to get lower payments. That isn't completely true. Could we trade it in? Yes. If we do, the amount we got financed on would just be added on to the new car amount which would eventually make us upside down on the new vehicle. I am however grateful that Farid worked with us and our situation. He was willing to go above and beyond. The guy who we signed papers with, I think the finance manager, didn't seem trustworthy at all. He was in a rush, didn't really want to let us read papers, and just wanted us to sign on the dotted line. My husband and I felt really uncomfortable with him. And when he is asked something, he evades the question and doesnt really want to explain anything. More

My overall experience with this dealer was great. I have dealt with Sport Mazda for 5 years now and I've purchased 2 vehicles during that time. Their service has always been great, professional and very consistent. Sport Mazda was the first dealership I went to (4 on my list) and didn't need to go to the others. Right from the beginning, Tito was quick, friendly, and knowledgable. This is an update from a previous post. I posted earlier all 5's for this dealership because the initial dealings were pretty cut and dry, and that the sales person, Lenny offered me a free gas fill-up or o all 5's for this dealership because the initial dealings were pretty cut and dry, and that the sales person, Lenny offered me a free gas fill-up or oil change for going on there. He did not tell me what to rate but I did feel obligated. The service since the sale has been terrible. I was promised that certain parts that were not in good working order would be identified, purchased and fixed by Sport Mazda. It's been almost 2 months and I continue to get the run around from Lenny and empty promises. I've spoken to the service department numerous times and they have no record of my parts being ordered. At this point I have given up and I feel obligated to update my posting. It's a shame that once the sales rep got paid on my purchase he no longer thought I was important enough to complete promises or return calls. Lesson learned from me...never purchase something you know that has issues because someone promises that it will be taken care of after...I promise my mistake will never happen again. I never understood why car dealerships have such a bad reputation...after this incident...I now know why. More
