I bought a 2004 RX8 from a private owner and a couple of weeks after having it I had problems with my power steering. I took it to Sport Mazda when I lived in downtown Orlando. On the way there I thought, ' weeks after having it I had problems with my power steering. I took it to Sport Mazda when I lived in downtown Orlando. On the way there I thought, 'Crap!!! This is going to cost me an arm and a leg!' From the moment I got out of my car I was treated like family. Nikki found some recalls on my car and some items that were covered under warranty while John took me to my car and explained every detail making me feel like I was part of the team. The fix on the steering was a simple loose connection and I walked out spending hardly anything. He got my car running better that I ever imagined and I could tell he really cared about his work and me as a customer. Nikki went out of her way make me smile and to get me a courtesy car while the repairs were being done although I did not even purchase the vehicle from them. Trust to me is the most important thing in ANY sort of relationship both personal and business. I currently live over one and a half hours away from Sport Mazda, but I go out of my way to come to Nikki and John because they have earned my complete trust and friendship. In a world where you constantly have to watch your back I feel great to have found a team that has mine. More
THE NEW GUY WAS VERY NICE. I ALWAYS THOUGHT TODD WAS THE BEST SERVICE GUY EVER, BUT HE IS GONE NOW AND I WAS SKEPTICAL. BUT DUSTIN WAS AWESOME !!! HE EVEN CLEANED MY WINDSHIELD !!! after alot of research on the Mazda three i set out to purchase my new vehicle. i worked with multiple dealerships but i chose this one because they were so competitive with the price and the customer s purchase my new vehicle. i worked with multiple dealerships but i chose this one because they were so competitive with the price and the customer service was way above par even after i bought my vehicle weeks later they are following up with me to see if I'm happy with my purchase. i give these guys a 10 out of ten for overall satisfaction. when i buy my next vehicle it will be from them because it was so hassle free More
Not long ago we purchased a Mazda5 from Sport Mazda. My husband is in his sixtys and was looking for an SUV because it would be very versatile. We could travel in it and it would be good to carry things in. Our salesperson, Barby, listened and asked us a lot of questions about what we needed. She recommended we take a look at the Mazda5 because of what we wanted, but with better gas mileage. We were really surprised and fell in love with it. We have traveled on two long trips and it takes care of all our cargo needs. And, we really do save lots on gas. I waited to write a testimonial but after all this time I can tell you that the people at Sport Mazda care about their customers and really do try to help you out. I mean, the Mazda5 was cheaper than the SUVs, but they listened and gave us great advice. We have also had great service for our first two maintenance checks. Very friendly, explain everything, and really are nice to you. I would recommend Sport Mazda to anyone,especially my family and friends and fellow teachers. Second time around we use this dealership and will be the LAST one, we bought a car originally on Sep 2010 and they told us on a certain payment with only little down and were told that everything was fine , LAST one, we bought a car originally on Sep 2010 and they told us on a certain payment with only little down and were told that everything was fine , days later they made us go back because financing fell throughout, and sign a contract again, a week later they called again asking for more money down, Jason is a good salesman, good guy and all, just the dealership in general are rip offs. Tried to get a car again, just thought this time it would be better, i was wrong i went in to buy a new cx-7 and i had to haggle, i mean 30 min on getting to right price, after we got to the point that was good, and we looked at the credit and then we were told that they would let us know what the bank would say by the latest 2 days after and 2 days came by and still no answer, they kept making excuses after all i that i was feed up with that and got all my paperwork and down payment back and went and got a car somewhere else where it was 10x better and had no problems with it. i was not the only one that this has happened to, a friend of mine has bought 2 cars and 2 times they have called him back to sign paperwork because "financing fell" again these guys are the worst example of bait and switch, save some headaches and go somewhere else please there is 2 more dealerships in orlando that can treat you and better and don't play around with you. do yourself that favor More

everything in this dealership was perfect the customer service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to g service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to get me payment of 450 a month i could not make a deal went to another dealership right after and had the same car but fully loaded for 600 dollars less and 160 less a month and 60 months instead of 72 months kerwin tried everything it was not his fault need better bosses that know how to make a deal and they tried to tell him at 19 percent and i made a deal at nissan dealership and 13 percent im kind of happy the deal did not go threw but will defferently recomend sports mazda to all my friends and specially kerwin he was wonderful with us thank you to kerwin. More

I was unsure if I was really in the market to purchase a new vehicle. My sales representative was very understanding about my circumstances regarding my hesitation to run my credit and take on another month new vehicle. When I told him what I felt comfortable paying he made it his mission to find me the type of vehicle I was interested in with the small budget I have. Eric was helpful through the entire process and kept in touch with me making sure that I was on the same page as him and really ready for this purchase and made me excited to drive off the lot in my new car. When I got in the vehicle he selected for me I felt as if he had really listened to my needs and wants and looked hard to find something that would fit all my criteria. When I got to financing Eric handed me over to Josh who was very knowledgable about financing and helped me find a company that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg in interest (since I have HORRIBLE credit). Josh explained the whole process to me, and taught me quite a bit about the way the financing process works and how rebuild my credit through the financing of my car. He gave me really interesting pointers about the financial end of buying a car. He took his time with me to make sure I really understood the commitment I was making! I would send everyone I know to deal with these two gentlemen when considering purchasing a new vehicle. Even after I bought the car and was all done with them they both contacted me to see how I was enjoying the car and to make sure I was still satisfied with our selections as far as car and financing. They both treated me as if I was a friend rather than someone who stumbled in there, toying with the idea of buying a car. More
