I Was not planning on buying A car on Tuesday night 3/27/12, much less two cars!! I was dropping my daughter off to pick up her vehicle from the Service department, but it had already closed. She went into the Sales office to get her keys and met Kerwin Laroque and a friendly conversation started. Kerwin offered a test-drive in a 2012 Mazda 3 and so it began... The Dealership was supposed to close at 8:00pm, but Kerwin, Rey Almonte, Michael Ross and Dan stayed while we continued to talk. And during negotiations I happened to see the brand new 2013 CX -5. We decided to take that for test drive as well. Before I knew it, it was well past 9:30 and we were discussing the possibility of both cars. However, I couldn't decide on the color and because it was dark outside It was hard to tell, so the "guys" started moving tables and chairs and drove a car into the Showroom just so I could see better. Suffice to say I ended up buying both cars (1 for me, 1 for my daughter) and we all left at midnight! The process was easy and friendly and without pressure. I truly appreciated the service and staying "open" long after the store was closed....and we Love our new cars!! Thank you! More

He prompted us to test drive the car, gave us some background as it was pre-owned, and then came up with a solution that absolutely met my son's needs. I was very comfortable working with Earnest as you can immediately tell he is a high-caliber professional, honest and trusting man that cares about his customers. Shopping and making purchasing decisions for big-ticket items is stressful. I felt very much at ease working with Earnest because I felt he genuinely cared about us getting the best value for our investment. I used the USAA website to get a quote from several dealers on a new Mazda3. Of all the dealers I contacted, only Sport Mazda (and Barby Irby in particular) was willing to work woth my situation to fi dealers on a new Mazda3. Of all the dealers I contacted, only Sport Mazda (and Barby Irby in particular) was willing to work woth my situation to find me the exact car I wanted and to close the deal. I'm serving overseas right now, and Barby was able to figure out a way to complete the whole transaction over the internet and using FedEx. The whole process went very smoothly. I really appreciate her consideration and "can-do" attitude! More

Donny Larson came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled up and alerted me when my car was ready to be picked up. The waiting area was neat and clean, and along with computers for use, there is all free Wi-Fi. This will sound crazy, but I can't wait for my next service! More
