We liked Juan's attention to detail and his friendliness. What I personally liked was how much he (and the dealership) wanted our business. He also knew the car (a 2014 model Mazda 2) inside and out. Also of note: this sale occurred on New Year's Eve, and he ended up staying late because of us. He was always cheerful about this and didn't mind. He literally was the last person out of there. We appreciate that sort of dedication. More
