The used car I purchased was turned over to me dirty, with both "keyless-entry" cards and keys, but no owners manual. I requested the manual and was told that I would receive it over the mail shortly; it with both "keyless-entry" cards and keys, but no owners manual. I requested the manual and was told that I would receive it over the mail shortly; it has not arrived after two weeks. I had been approved for the used car loan by my bank, and my bank sent a fax with the certificate, but after two hours of wait, ended up signing a financing agreement with one of their providers which they agreed to hold processing until my financial institution's check arrived. I handcarried the check the next business day and the financing agreement with their provider was canceled. More
