We first started to look for a car almost a year ago. After many test drives and dealership visits, I went back to the one person who seemed sincere- Beth Alvarez. She is a tremendous asset on many levels; female shoppers sometimes feel more comfortable with a female salesperson. Our Sales Manager ( I believe his name was Dan) was patient and walked us through our initial paperwork in a very easy-to-understand way without laying on any pressure. As a first time car buyer, I had some nerves about this large purchase and I was mistrustful of the car buying process. When you go to Sport Mazda, you don't feel hounded or harassed, you get a great group of nice, hard working people who really take the time to get you a fair deal. They really took a process I dreaded and turned it into a fantastic one. I can't say enough good things about the entire team and I highly recommend working with them! More

All things considered, our experience at Sport was outstanding. Showed up to look at and possibly purchase one of a couple of cars they had available. Was concerned about buying my car from a dealer located quite a distance from my home. I called Sport Mazda on Friday night about a used car that I saw on their internet site and talked to Jason Santiago about the car I was interested in. Jason was very informative about the car and answered all my questions without hesitation. My wife and I live about 90 miles from Sport Mazda, so I asked Jason if he would hold the car until we could come see it Saturday. Without delay Jason and I set an appointment time for Saturday. On Saturday Jason e-mailed me more pictures and information on the car to review before we left to go to Sport Mazda. When we arrived early for our appointment,Jason was there to greet us with a handshake and a smile. Jason introduced us to Juan Cruz who also greeted us in the same manner. Juan showed us the car, told us about how it was equipped and answered our questions quickly. The car was just as Jason had described it to me on the phone. We took the car for a test drive and it drove and handled great. When it came time to discuss price, Jason and Juan both went the extra mile in working out a very fair price for the car. Jason and Juan both were very easy to talk to and never in any way pressured us to purchase the car. In fact they got the price down to where we wanted it and then worked with us on paying for the car. When it came time to finalize the purchase, we worked with finance manager Michael Ross, who also was very easy to work with telling us everything about our purchase. After our purchase, but before we left, Juan had the car cleaned inside and out, and also filled up the gas tank. I can't thank Jason and Juan enough for being so honest and pleasant to work with. Both of these gentlemen are courteous and professional. I usually hate the car buying experience, but working with these gentlemen at Sport Mazda was easy and pleasant. It's been four days since our purchase and both Jason and Juan have contacted us to make sure everything is alright with our purchase. Sport Mazda is definately a dealership I will return to when in need of a car and I hope Jason, Juan and Michael are still there. Thanks to everyone at Sport Mazda. More

We stopped at Sport Mazda intending to visit other Mazda dealerships in the area. We worked with Barby in choosing our vehicle. Barby was great! She was definitely NOT the typical sharky salesperson. Victor is an excellent sales person. Gave full attention to our needs and concerns. Upon getting into our car the first time (late on Sunday) the Navigation System seemed to have a problem.
