I used USAA Car Buying service which led me to Sport Mazda with the recommended sales associate Kyle Whitten. This was the first time I was purchasing a new car on my own, and was nervous about getting Mazda with the recommended sales associate Kyle Whitten. This was the first time I was purchasing a new car on my own, and was nervous about getting the 'run around'. Kyle was extremely professional and friendly, he was familiar with the USAA program and immediately took me to see the car I was interested in. He gave me information on the car, I thought I already knew all about it, but he showed me features I wasn't familiar with such as the rear seat drop latch in the back and the headlights that follow the road. Kyle was very fair in assessing my trade in and helped me get a better interest rate on the car loan. While the process took a while (everyone was buying Mazda that day!), he helped the time pass by going over the tech-y features of the car. This was such a great experience from start to finish! I would recommend Sport Mazda and especially Kyle for a first time buyer, particularly because of the professional, friendly and non-intimidating nature of Kyle Whitten. Great work!
