My son and I came to the dealership on a Wednesday evening. We found the car we were interested in, drove it with Alfredo, and agreed to a price with Alfredo and the sales manager. We were unable to evening. We found the car we were interested in, drove it with Alfredo, and agreed to a price with Alfredo and the sales manager. We were unable to contact the bank that evening, so we came back the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the car. Instead of finding everything ready, Alfredo and the sales manager tried to add $250 to the price we had already agreed to the night before! When we said we would not accept any additional costs and that we would rather find another dealer, they quickly changed their position and dropped the additional charges. However, when we went to finalize the financing, there were several hundred dollars in additional costs represented, over and above the price we had agreed to. When I asked the finance person why these charges were just showing up now, he said they were "missed" by the sales people. By that time, we had spent two days making this deal happen and I was too tired and frustrated to keep fighting. I have purchased three new cars in the past 2 years, and this was by far the least professional and most disorganized dealership I have ever dealt with. More

I came in to the dealership expecting just to look at cars and see some prices. But I meet Kyle who did such an amazing job showing and telling me all about the Mazda and the great features. At one point I totally forgot that he was a sale person. He treated my father and I as if we were his best friends. He made the experience of buying a car a lot easier then what i expected. In the end i ended up leaving with a brand new Mazda 6. It was all thanks to Kyle and the wonderful staff members who also played a key role in making this deal happen. I would highly recommend anyone to come and purchase a Mazda especially with Kyle. Again thank you so much, I honestly love my car and i am so grateful to have made this purchase with you. More

I have had a Mazda for the past 18 years. I began with leases and was purchasing my last lease when the transmission went out (without any warning). It was my first experience coming in on my own (no male figure). I was able to explain to him my criteria as to what I wanted and what my limitations were. I felt like Mr. Larocque did his best to make sure all my concerns were addressed and I walked away with a new car that fits my budget. I'm sure that I'll continue to deal with this dealership and recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a Mazda. More

Actually I went in to have my 07 mazda. 3 checked and ended up leaving new car . Everything was great ! Especially @ Alfredo G . Highly recommend . No pressure. I went to this dealer with my Mazda3 SkyActiv for a normal maintenance. But Barby was very helpful/friendly and convinced me to at least check the possibility to renew my car. At the beginning I was a little bit afraid, but Barby was so patience and nice, and do not put any pressure and let me very comfortable to not accept, but she provide the pros in a change and she was very helpful/friendly in the very painful process of buying automobiles.
