Victor is an excellent sales person. Gave full attention to our needs and concerns. Upon getting into our car the first time (late on Sunday) the Navigation System seemed to have a problem. I have bought two cars from him so far, a 2010 Mazda6 and recently 2012 Mazda CX-7. For my 2010 Mazda I dealt with Josh and he is a great guy. For my recent purchase I dealt with Josh, Jason and Barby and all were really helpful. Jason helped me locating CX-7 and tried his best to negotiate the price according to my budget and terms. Barby did all the paper work in Jason's absence and showed me vehicle and explained everything to me. She is great. Overall it was a great experience, second time, to buy a car from Sport Mazda There is one small thing that I should mention; Sport Mazda is charging a dealer fee of $699 (when I bought 2010 mazda6 it was $599) and on top of that they are also charging $199 for doc fees. To me this doc fees is unfair. This makes total fees charged by them to be $900 which is too high. I told Jason that I was not going to pay this doc fee (not that I can not pay it but this seems an unfair fees when you are already paying $699 dealer fee). Anyways I got the car without this fees (fees is still shown on the paper but they gave $200 more for my trade to offset this doc fees). I would sincerely advise Sport Mazda to remove this doc fee when there is already a dealer fees. Anyways, give them a shot if you are planning to purchase a Mazda and try to get a good deal which they will try their best to make. More
