He was f I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda i3 Touring model. Victor Ortiz was my salesman and I was extremely happy with doing business with Victor. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He helped me find the car I wanted to buy, not the car he wanted to sell me. He was patient with me as I decided on what features I wanted in the car. I was divided in whether I wanted an automatic or manual transmission so we ended up going on a fairly comprehensive test drive in both models. He was easy to talk with and a very personable guy. Victor helped me all of the way through the process but I would also like to say that everyone elese I had spoken with or dealt with at the dealership were genuinely friendly as well. From the sales manager to the finance manager the positive attitude was all the same. I would definately recommend Victor and Sport Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda car. The dealership is a small family owned dealership not on of the big mega dealerships. Despite it's small size they carried a very good inventory and had exactly what I wanted and Victor got me a price that was more than satisfactory. It was a great deal. Thanks, Mike More

Dealership said they would call me back because they could not get financing same day and had to call lenders. They said they would call me back what they found later in the day. Never got a call. Mind you before I left the dealership they said for me not to call the Prev. Dealership I went to (Cory Fair Banks Mazda) because they would get me a better deal. HA! Next day I went back to Cory Fair Banks Mazda and walked out 1 hour later with my new Mazda. (At a Much Cheaper Price) and Payments lower than what I was offered. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They seem friendly, but like any car dealer they will play games, and never will call you back. Learn to keep promises. I kept mine. More

Sollie has been working on my car for years. He is a wonderful mechanic and explains fully to the customer what the issue is and how it was resolved. When I called about a used car, Beth answered and verified the car was still available. After that, I visited her the same day, got a test drive, negotiated a price, and the car was ready for me the verified the car was still available. I did have some trouble with the car overheating the second day I owned it, but Sport Mazda had it taken in for repairs and gave me a loaner vehicle for the entire duration of repairs. I feel completely satisfied that Beth and Sport Mazda look out for their customers. More

I brought my 2010 Mazda 3 in to see if I could trade it for a new car since the miles were almost to 100,000. I also wanted to the loan only in my name since my Father was the co signer on my 2010. I did not think it would be possible since I still owed a lot of money and my credit was not all that great. Michael and Charles worked long and hard finding a bank who would be able to finance me without a high interest rate and be able to keep my monthly payments affordable. In the end I was able to drive home in a new car and have my own loan. They also were able to get me some money in my pocket to assist with the first few payments and filled up my gas twice on the new car. When I came back to get my tank of gas Jason took me to the gas station so I would not have to wait for Charles or Michael to finish what they were doing.
