Ross is literally the first car salesman that made my buying experience a good one. He worked with me to get me into a car that could have easily been out of my price range, and at a rate that came in be buying experience a good one. So happy we stopped by. My husband and I aren't exactly what you would consider ideal candidates for buying a new car. We've been flat at turned down and treated horribly at most dealerships.
