There was no pressure to buy anything on my initial visit and I didn't get that feeling of "being kept from leaving the store". Closing experience was kept in schedule like I was told and didn't have to spend a whole day there signing paperwork. Overall, a friendly staff and a non-aggressive atmosphere. He didn't screw around with me, was a genuinely nice guy, and there was no pressure when it came to the sale. Luis didn't try to pull the wool over your eyes; he and the other dealership staff were a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships I went to. Luis gave me a great deal on the car and modest trade in value for my used car. I can see myself buying another Mazda from this dealership and Luis in particular. More

He was patient, honest, helpful & a pleasure to do business with. I'd been to a few other dealerships in my quest for finding the right suv, & was bombarded with the typical "overbearing, aggressive, even nasty" at times sales people. We all know the "games" that are the norm at dealerships, to sort of pressure us shoppers into buying. I experienced NONE of that from Kyle & again, with the sour taste that was left by others, Kyle (in my humble opinion) is a cut way above the rest.
