Service was finished quickly. Was told it would take 60-90 minutes and was out in less than 60. Service order was written quickly and efficiently. Beth was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. My vehicle had to be located elsewhere and transported. Which was done within a reasonable amount of time. The purchase process was fairly quick and easy. Especially considering they got me a better interest rate than I came in pre-approved with. More

Lenny and Victor did a great job communicating with me and sending me all information about the cars I was interested in.....Chris took me for test drives after I choose 2 cars to drive.....then Lenny and and sending me all information about the cars I was interested in.....Chris took me for test drives after I choose 2 cars to drive.....then Lenny and I agreed on a price over the phone.....I arrived at the dealership....the car was ready, I filled out the paperwork and was on my way in my new car in 45 minutes! I recently leased a 2012 Mazda 3 and I had Charles as my dealer. Charles is the kind of salesman you wish you get when you are about to make a big decision like leasing or owning a car. He was extremely FRIENDLY when we 1st met him, while we were waiting for our other car to get serviced (their service was also great). We told him we were just interested in MAYBE leasing a car in the future and we were considering the 2012 Mazada 3, so he gladly showed us the car and we took it for a drive. We both sat down and talked about the MONEY and at that point in my life I was not ready to make the commitment. I did not feel pressured at all to sign the lease at that very moment and my wife and I left with all of the information we needed. About four weeks later, we knew we were ready to lease a car and the time was right. I knew who I wanted to get my car from and that was Charles. I called and made an appointment to discuses the lease. He was STILL VERY FRIENDLY to us and was not upset that we had to walk away from the deal a fews weeks earlier. He made sure we stood every aspect of the car before I made my purchase and he trained me on how to use some of the cars new features. I had a GREAT experience with Charles and team, I felt comfortable at the dealership and we both come with a number we agreed on. During the four weeks I went to other dealerships and I treated like a young kid, with no respect. Other Dealerships in the area did not want to sit down and discuss money, they just wanted me to sign and take whatever lease they had going on. At that very moment I knew Charles was different from other salesmen I had met. He is KIND, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGE and RESPECTFUL. If you are looking to buy or lease car I would definitely visit Charles at Sports Mazda, you will feel at ease and welcomed and you will leave happy with your new car! Buying a car is stressful and the employees including Barby do everything they could to make their customers happy. Sport Mazda made sure I got the best deal possible and continued great service after leaving the dealership as well. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Barby is especially kind and polite, doing everything she can to make you feel comfortable. Barby was very professional and knowlagable in the field which helped such a great experience. I would definitely use Sport Mazda for any future purchases and refer anyone I interested in buying a car to their dealership as I know they will have great service.
