This was my first time at Sport Mazda and from my experience with Donny Larson I will be returning to the dealership for future service. The total experience at Sport Mazda was incredible. I first called Barby about a Mazda Speed3, she told me to come in and test drive it. She was super friendly and her profesionalism was outstanding. When I got to the dealership I headed straight for the Speed3. Just looking around at the Speed3 and in seconds Edwin, one of the salesmen was there in a quick second. He knew the car inside out. We test drove it and immediately I knew this was for me. Barby & Edwin played a huge role in me actually purchasing the Speed3. I appreciated there willingness to help me out. They were outstanding! Earnest was excellent from the moment we walked onto lot. Had been looking for this particular make/model/color for at least a month. Told him I did'nt have much time due to having my 3 kids with me and was Had been looking for this particular make/model/color for at least a month. Told him I did'nt have much time due to having my 3 kids with me and was dinner time. Earnest was Polite, courteous, very professional, and down to earth. He had us in and out fast recognizing my concerns. Had been in a negotiating war with Fairbanks who couldnt meet the price I needed and actually went up each time I went in, unable to honor thier unline price. Told earnest what I could afforr, he walked inside got the answer and walked back out and we were in the finance guy 15 min later. Car had just came off the truck, was inspected and cleaned up as we were finishing up the paperwork. I had never even hear of this dealership which was an hour from home. Glad I stumbled on it. More

This was my second trip to Sport Mazda for service on my car and I wasn't disappointed. Even though they were obviously swamped with customers Brian made sure to take his time talking to me. He also worked car and I wasn't disappointed. Even though they were obviously swamped with customers Brian made sure to take his time talking to me. He also worked with me to make sure the quote I received last time I was at Mazda was the price on the invoice. Not many people would do that. It shows how much Sport Mazda actually cares for their customers, not just their bottom line. More
I took my 2012 Mazda 3 in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I also had lost sound from the system in my car. After a while (during which Brian twice updated me on what was happening), the servic rotation, but I also had lost sound from the system in my car. After a while (during which Brian twice updated me on what was happening), the service man who actually worked on my car came into the waiting area and explained to me what he had done to try to diagnose the problem and admitted that he was unable to figure out what the issue was. After literally taking apart the sound system and finding nothing "wrong", they decided to order a new radio for my car. Ironically, when the old radio was put back in, it worked again! Nevertheless, Brian told me they would install the new radio as soon as it arrived at the shop. The great part of all of this is that because it took a while to try to figure out what the problem with the sound system was, Brian waived the charge for the tire rotation (the oil change was already free because of a promotional offer). Ironically, I kind of expected to be charged extra for something to make up for the free oil change - it's a cynical way of thinking, I know, but that has been my experience in the past (with other repair shops, especially at dealerships). So, of course I was extremely happy with the service I received, and with the honest, forthright manner in which the situation was handled. The new radio arrived at the shop less than a week after my initial visit, and Brian called to let me know it was on hand and could be installed whenever it was convenient for me. I took my car in the next afternoon, and I was in and out in less than an hour with the new radio installed. More
My wife and I are very happy with the overall customer service we received at Don Mealy sport Mazda. My appointment was at 12:00 but it was easier for me to be there at 09:30 and Donny made sure he fit me service we received at Don Mealy sport Mazda. And to top it off my car was returned quickly and everything was explained thouroghly and I was even greeted by the sales team that sold me my car. It was awesome! More
