My commute to and from work is pretty far and was causing a lot of wear on my van, not to mention the cost of gas for a V6 that averaged about 18 mpg. I needed to keep my van to fit my kids so that we can go on trips and have fun on the weekends but I desperately needed a car that was reliable, dependable, in good condition, and got GREAT gas mileage for work. I looked around for months, literally.. months. I checked dealerships near my house, dealerships in Deland, Lakeland, and even Leesburg and no one really had the quality of vehicle or their sales staff was clueless or rude. I decided to look closer to work and that is when I discovered Sport Mazda. I inquired about the 2007 Eclipse on their website and Beth got back to me right away. I was a little nervous about purchasing a car and after a few weeks of communicating with Beth I decided to go in and test drive the car. I fell in love with it. It was exactly as described. Beth and Jason did everything possible to get me the car I loved within the payment range that I was comfortable with. Beth was amazing through this entire experience and I have told everyone I know about how wonderful my experience was. I love love love my car! It is great! I love getting great gas mileage. More

The following morning Victor replied and answered my questions and extended the option to come in and take a look at the vehicle. I have a very busy schedule and did not have a chance to reply right away. Two days went by and Victor followed up with a courtesy email letting me know that he was there to assist when ready. I was in the middle of responding late this evening via email and received a phone call from Lenny. Lenny was just as friendly and helpful as Victor. I set an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the dealer met both Victor and Lenny they were very professional and wanted to insure my needs were met. I took the car for a test drive and decided to negotiate a price that we both could agree on. I have very little patience with dealer experiences from the past but this one was a breath of fresh air. I explained what I was looking for within reason and the negotiation was brief and to the point reaching immediate closure of the deal. They detailed the car while I completed the paperwork. I drove roughly 100 miles to make this transaction and the total time from when I pulled in and then out was 2 1/2 hours. In the past I have waited for hours and in the long run ended up not making a deal and wasting countless hours at other dealers. This was the complete opposite. I would highly encourage anyone considering using this dealer for a purchase to move forward. I want to thank both Victor and Lenny for this streamlined purchase they were great to work with. Oh and by the way during the test drive I found out that Victor was actually on vacation when responding to my questions. That is what I call quality customer service. Glad to know we still have companies out there that actually care about the customer needs and the ability to execute. More

This was my third regular vehicle service with Sport Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. It was my first time dealing with Brian but he was equally as on the ball and per Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. There was more work to be done than initially planned for, and it took an hour to complete the additional work (all done under the warranty), so I have no complaints and feel Sport Mazda continue to look after my car extremely well and at a fair price.
