There was no pressure, and her calm demeanor helped us to let down our guard and enjoy the process of looking for a car. Barby was very up front with us and was willing to share all the numbers so we knew we were getting a good deal. She even advised us to consult with Edmunds to make sure that the deal she was offering was something we felt comfortable with. We felt what we were offered for our trade was very fair and we were even shown what the comparable vehicles were selling for as far away as PA. I went to the dealership to just check out a car without any intention of actually leaving the dealership with purchasing the car that I was browsing for.
