On November 29, 2013 we returned to Sports Mazda to purchase our third vehicle and our second in less than a month. My husband and myself came back to purchase a vehicle for our self a CX9. My first experience with a dealership was less than a week ago with Sport Mazda. I've always struggled horribly with social anxiety so car dealerships were instantly deemed my natural enemy from an irra week ago with Sport Mazda. I've always struggled horribly with social anxiety so car dealerships were instantly deemed my natural enemy from an irrationally young age. I eventually realized that it was unlikely that I would ever have someone knock on my door offering a nice car in a legitimate sale. No sir/madam; only more Jehovah's Witnesses. (Not that there's anything wrong with that; unless you're weird like me and have an aforementioned anxiety issue that is only heightened by people who dress better than I do whilst offering what I can only assume is salvation via pamphlets as opposed to 'sweet rides'.) It started when I contacted Lenny about a Mazda3 which I had found by way of Autotrader.com. He was quick to get back with me to schedule a test drive. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a number of employees whose names escape me at the moment. (If I'm being completely honest then when I say 'names escape me' I actually mean that I simply was not paying attention; too many shiny cars on the lot... Remember, this is my first time at a dealership!) I didn't interact with them after this point, so they may have been uncommonly nice and well-to-do vagrants, but seeing as one of them brought Lenny over I'm sticking with my original assumption that they were friendly employees. Lenny greeted me and introduced me to Kyle, who accompanied me for the test drive and worked as the salesman for the remainder of my experience. The test drive was very simple and it didn't take long for me to realize that I loved the Mazda3; it was beautiful, affordable, handled as smoothly as Gumby runs, etc. If you've read a review of Mazdas then I'm sure you're familiar with all of these sentiments, except for maybe the last part... Gumby's run-cycle may be a bit too obscure for Car and Driver© magazine; a pity. After the test drive Kyle helped me through the steps essential to trading in my then current Ford (hiss) and financing my now current Mazda (hooray). At no point during my time at Sport Mazda did Kyle ever make me feel awkward or pressured into anything. Along with not being physically assaulted, those are my main requirements of having a not-bad-day. (For the record, I was neither assaulted physically nor mentally. That brought it all the way up to a good-day!) During this time he answered every question I had about the car, its warranty and any online promotions I saw listed. I never felt that I was treated like a commission, but like I was just another guy, which is actually the best compliment I can give to someone in sales. I've even had some questions come up later and, with the magic of telecommunications combined with proper number-dialing, had them answered immediately. Fancy that! More

My wife and I were shopping around for a replacement Jeep after ours was totaled in a rear end collision. We had looked at vehicles uop to 200 miles from home. While there I decided to check the lot for used (and possibly new cars.) I was lucky to meet up with Daniel Delgado. He really went the extra mile with me and was so very patient, kind and informative which put me at ease. We walked the lot and I drove other vehicles but nothing could compare to the 2014 Mazda 6-------He spend much time with me in getting the cost where I needed it to be and I am a VERY PROUD new owner. My husband is very happy about the choice I made. This is my third Mazda and I keep coming back because of the service, honesty and quality vehicles.
