About a month ago I stopped by the dealership to look at the new Mazda6 and discuss a trade-in of Mazda3. Mr. Charles Powery approached me and was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the Mazda6. He took my the new Mazda6 and discuss a trade-in of Mazda3. Mr. Charles Powery approached me and was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the Mazda6. He took my information as the vehicle is not available at the time of my visit with the ieloop. Although, I was not going to purchase the vehicle that was at the dealership, Mr. Powery took his time to go over the details of the new Mazda6 and while sitting in the vehicle went over the details providing great customer service. Mr. Powery provided me with his business card and stated that we would welcome the opportunity to do business with me. I thanked him for his time and left. The weeks that followed I was contacted by Jason if I was still interested in purchasing a Mazda I replied that I would be looking for vehicle later this year. My wife and I had deliberated back and forth on what type of vehicle we were going to by. We started off contemplating going with a used vehicle, but then decided that fuel efficiency was going to be very i of vehicle we were going to by. One day on our way back from conducting some business in Orlando, we passed in at the dealership to look at some Mazdas. We met with Charles who really sat down to understand our position. I recently moved to the US for a new job, and had no credit history whatsoever. My wife however did. Charles took the time to understand and propose what options he thought were best for us. Initially I had my mind really set on the CX-5, but after listening to him and going away to sleep on it for a couple weeks, I narrowed the choice down to the even more fuel efficient and cost effective 2013 Mazda 3. Having decided on the car, my wife and I disagreed on the color - but in the end we agreed that the Indigo Lights (Blue) was a color we both absolutely loved. Unfortunately they didn't have it, but between Charles and the General Sales Manager (Josh.....), they managed to set up a dealer trade to get me the color vehicle I wanted and got it to their dealership within 24 hours. The only disappointment I had with the experience was some of the misleading marketing on their website. Most users would see the guaranteed price stated, but fail to read the very fine print which states that the price includes Military + Loyalty discounts totaling $1000 dollars. I would much rather see an option stating "You may qualify for additional discounts - click here". Even with that though, I still worked the math that I was still getting the vehicle cheaper than at other dealers. Working with Charles made it worth it though. He talked me through all the features of my new Mazda and offered me a lot of useful life tips for transitioning into the US, managing my credit, financing options and good places to visit before I started working. Now.... I'm really loving my 2013 Mazda 3. This vehicle is so fuel efficient, it's unbelievable, almost makes me wonder if my fuel guage is working properly. And when I sit in the vehicle, I remember that guy that help me get there. Thanks again Charles! More
I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful this service area was. I had been dreading going to a dealer to see what was wrong with my 2005 Mazda Sport Wagon. Everyone is very friendly and made my car buying experience easy and stress free. Lenny was great in personally getting the vehicle I was interested in from another lot. Kevin was very knowledgable experience easy and stress free. Lenny was great in personally getting the vehicle I was interested in from another lot. Kevin was very knowledgable on the vehicle, went over all the car features and even set up the bluetooth features for my phone. JR was patient and explained forms and answered all questions. Overall, experience was easier than I anticipated for purchasing my first car on my own. More
