Bad service Went a few months back to get an oil change & wiper blades changed and waited 3.5 hours!!! We had to go back for a car recall and now have gone back Went a few months back to get an oil change & wiper blades changed and waited 3.5 hours!!! We had to go back for a car recall and now have gone back 3 times because the new computer was defective. The first time we left the car and went back the next day (24 hours later) and the car wasn't ready. We went the next day to pick up the car the computer was defective and was told they would have to order a new computer and they would call us when the part was in. We waited over 2 months and finally had to call them. My son brought the car in last week and had to wait 3.5 hours again & was told it would only take 2 hours. The computer was again defective. The only thing positive was the customer service guys were apologtic and gave my son a free tank of gas which was what we spent going back and froth to the dealership. More

Amazing! Saturday morning, I brought in the Mazda3 for an oil change. Did not have an appointment, was not expecting anything special. Donny took me in and had the service performed in record time. Then, unbeknownst to me, the detail on my car was completed and when I drove out the lot was in a brand spanking clean car.
