I had no problem with that dealer or sales person at all. I know what I want and I get it. If there was any issues I would have to say is when they took the car to detail it, the car was washed but not vacuu I know what I want and I get it. I got it home and when I took out the floor mats, I noticed a lot of sand and dirt, also in the back of the vehicle too. All and all the experience was great, the salesman, Edwin was great, friendly and made us feel at home. I would do work with Edwin again. The used car manager was also very helpful, Lenny. He is the one I spoke with over the phone and the first one to greet me at the door when I showed up at the dealership. I commend how the sales people treated myself and my wife. More

I had a really good overall experience when I brought in my 2013 Mazda3 for service. I was greeted right away and everything started getting done instantly. He also knew the car (a 2014 model Mazda 2) inside and out. Also of note: this sale occurred on New Year's Eve, and he ended up staying late because of us. He was always cheerful about this and didn't mind. He literally was the last person out of there. We appreciate that sort of dedication. More
