I was dreading every minute in preparation of going to purchase a new car. Kyle greeted us upon our arrival in a calm, non pressure sort of way. He showed us what we wanted to see and answered all questions about cars we didn't even think we were interested in. I let him know how I felt about most experiences at dealerships and he was able to spare us the extra "discomfort" that usually occurs.
