I took a shot in the dark and asked if he would be willing to let me borrow a car for a little while so I can give it a longer test drive and not only did he give me the car, but he gave me one with the exact options I was looking for. Obviously his manager had to approve all of this and Kerwin worked hard to get it approved. And I don't know who is manager is, but he clearly deserves credit for this, as well. Even if I don't end up buying a Mazda 3, I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. More

Great to work with and helpful I, like probably most people in the market for a new vehicle, do not typically enjoy having to endure the experience of going to a dealership. My past I, like probably most people in the market for a new vehicle, do not typically enjoy having to endure the experience of going to a dealership. My past experiences have fostered within me a general distrust for car salesmen or women. The experience is why I continue driving an 8 year old car with 156k miles on it (Mazda 3 by the way). What's more, with an 8.5 month pregnant wife, going to a dealership was very low on the list of "things I should do before the baby comes." But, my wife needed a new, safe and reliable vehicle with a baby on the way so unfortunately I would have to go through the experience once again. After shopping and some research on the internet, I began working with Rich. From the beginning, he really worked very hard to make the experience as painless as possible for my wife and myself. Knowing that I couldn't have my wife spending all day at a car dealership, we were able to conduct most of our business over the internet. He provided me with all the important detailed information i needed via email, including videos, pricing, itemized cost data, etc. He we very respectful, responsive, friendly, and prompt with the data I needed to make the right choice. He went out of his way to meet our needs for a new, safe and reliable car. We ended up with a CX5 and my wife is very happy with her new car.
