Went into the dealership on 2/10/14 pestimistic of being able to come out with a car(which I was in desperate need due to the fact that the transmission blew on my last car that I got from a buy here pay he able to come out with a car(which I was in desperate need due to the fact that the transmission blew on my last car that I got from a buy here pay here). The reason I was pestimistic going in was due to me not having the best credit score. My mother refered me to Beth because she helped her with getting a new car, and thank God she did! I was so stressed without any idea of how I was getting to work the next day. As soon as I sat down and after talking to Beth for a little she eased my worries and said she would do her best to help with the situation. The thing I found the most pleasant was the whole time I was there the focus was me and my needs. Whether it came to the monthly payments, the car, or the downpayment everything was to my convenience and set up to my taste. The last thought in my mind was that I was comming out with a 2013 car. Thank God and thanks to Beth I came out with a totally changed mood and a 2013 Nissan Versa SV that will be reliable and low cost in terms of gas(which is one of the main reasons for the choice of car). In layman's terms when they say Beth's the best they aren't lying! More

Alfredo has gone above and beyond my expectations. He answered all of my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer he found out right away for me. He did not pressure me into buying a car that d answered all of my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer he found out right away for me. He did not pressure me into buying a car that day like most dealerships do, and he was not overbearing with calls/emails when I left the dealer. Alfredo has made sure I enjoyed my car, as well as continue delivering great customer service after the purchase. I have gone back for a service to make sure all parts were working well and to get tint. There have been a few issues with each that were very minor but he was able to get me my first and second oil change free as well as fill up my tank again for the inconvenience. I love my car and will recommend both Sport Mazda and Alfredo for anyone in the market for a new car. More

Would have given the "Overall Experience" a 5-Great if our finance manager had given the special interest rate that Mazda was offering which was 0.9% we were given 2.59%. This was after asking "are there any special finance rates" and being told no. After getting home with our new vehicle went on Mazda's website and found the 0.9% rate. Called our finance manager back and told him what was on the website and he sent new paperwork out. We did receive the special rate but only because we went on the website. Our salesman, Kerwin, was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
