We have a Mazda 3 that my wife dives and love the little car. We have always had it serviced at Sport Mazda where the service personnel have been friendly and fair. We had a great experience. We were greeted right away by a sales associate who showed us the cars we were interested in. We selected a car and the experience was great. I honestly never thought that I would be driving a brand new car. Michael Ross and the team from Sports Mazda of Orlando made it all happen. I bought a car about a month ago with 51000 miles and it have been a nightmare, everybody was great until I signed. I dont know the name of a manager who was more than one time rude, disrespecful, I think have been a nightmare, everybody was great until I signed. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. The car was full of water when it rains, I call the dealer and they told me that they will give me a loaner while they fix the car then nobody will answer my calls, then they told me to bring the car on saturday I drove 45 minutes to the dealer and when I got there they told me "WE DO NOT REPAIR CARS ON SATURDAY" so again loose time, gasoline. I took wednesday off so I went back, they give my a loaner and told me that the car will be ready friday, I called friday, Jason Vasquez told me I will call you right back to let you know if you car is ready, no call on friday, or saturday or sunday, I called on Monday and they told me the car was ready, I went to pick up the car and was duty, with the tape over the windshield, so I have to waited until 8:15 p.m/ Meanwhile the manager called josua ?? told me you bought a used car what else do you want...
