The car I inquired about was everything I had expected and I was never rushed when conducting my own inspection and test drive. The only stressful part of the day was dealing with my own financial institution...it took hours of phone calls and emails just trying to get my bank to work with the dealership on my already approved loan and the only people coming up with solutions to whatever problems my bank was having were at the dealership. Brian was always just a step away offering to help with anything and everything! Just when I was on the verge of having to walk away from my new car because of my bank, Brian offered to get me financing quotes from several institutions on the spot...the second I said yes he gathered my information and ran numbers...within 15 min I had approved financing at a good rate and paperwork ready to be printed and signed. On top of that, they were able to offer me GAP insurance, which my bank and insurance company were not able to do. I was beyond relieved and over-the-moon happy when I walked out to my car, ready to drive off the lot. To top everthing off, Brian and Lenny helped me out with a tank of fuel for my long roadtrip home. More
