I came in to the dealership expecting just to look at cars and see some prices. But I meet Kyle who did such an amazing job showing and telling me all about the Mazda and the great features. At one point I totally forgot that he was a sale person. He treated my father and I as if we were his best friends. He made the experience of buying a car a lot easier then what i expected. In the end i ended up leaving with a brand new Mazda 6. It was all thanks to Kyle and the wonderful staff members who also played a key role in making this deal happen. I have had a Mazda for the past 18 years. I began with leases and was purchasing my last lease when the transmission went out (without any warning). It was my first experience coming in on my own (no male figure). I was able to explain to him my criteria as to what I wanted and what my limitations were. I felt like Mr. Larocque did his best to make sure all my concerns were addressed and I walked away with a new car that fits my budget. I went to this dealer with my Mazda3 SkyActiv for a normal maintenance. But Barby was very helpful/friendly and convinced me to at least check the possibility to renew my car. I've had numerous problems with this dealership: I've had numerous problems with this dealership: 1) No one responded to two online requests for prices. 2) When I talked to a salesman on the phon I've had numerous problems with this dealership: 1) No one responded to two online requests for prices. 2) When I talked to a salesman on the phone, I was told I could pay the down payment with a credit card. When I got to the dealership, they wouldn't let me put as much as I wanted on the credit card. Now I have higher payments than I wanted. 3) VERY unprofessional behavior. 4) My car has had a front-end vibration since I bought it, but I'm so frustrated with this dealership, I don't even want to deal with them to get it fixed. 5) I left a voicemail and email for the general manager, but he never returned my call or email (it's been several weeks).
