She was well-versed with this vehicle and spent plenty of time with us, never once making us feel like we should hurry up and make a decision. She does an outstanding job of walking that fine line of keeping in contact and promoting her product while never being pushy. I also respected the way she did not drag the other competitors through the mud when I mentioned two other vehicles I was shopping but still provided good points as to why the CX-5 may be our best choice. I subscribe to a car buying service through Consumer Reports. Don Mealey's Sport Mazda was one of 2 Mazda dealerships that responded to my Consumer Report inquiry. Even though they were about 50 miles from where we live, we decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. We drove our 2008 Miata to Sport Mazda and arrived about noon. Our sales consultant was Kyle Whitten. He was properly dressed (unlike some salesmen from other dealerships),well groomed, articulate, friendly and had good inter-personnel skills. He had everything you would want in a good sales consultant. The best part was that we worked out a good deal for us (and the dealership) and drove home in a new Miata the same day. I would rate Kyle as one of the top few automotive salesmen I have dealt with during the last 50 years of car buying. We also had the opportunity to interact with Josh Snell (sales Manager) and Juan Cruz (finance manager). Both of these gentlemen left very positive impressions on my wife and I. All-in-all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend Kyle and Sport Mazda. More

On our journey home from Orlando to Kissimmee we chose an unusual route for us (we'd normally use the turnpike) down the OBT. We had no intention of purchasing a second car, but anticipated doing so later in the year. Immediately we turned off of OBT into the dealership we both spotted a used Mini Cooper on the lot, a favorite of both of us for many reasons, and a car my wife has long dreamed of owning. Whilst the new Mazda range is unquestionably superb, I was never going to buy one then and there under any circumstances. But seeing that this little Mini, in excellent condition, very well equipped, and within my cash budget, we, after much friendly discussion with Jorge and Ray decided it was to be my wife's Birthday - Valentine's day present. To say Jorge and Ray are a credit to your team at Sport Mazda is an understatement. They were kind, considerate and very professional in every aspect of the transaction. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a new or used vehicle. We picked up the car, detailed and covered in red balloons the following day, Valentine's Day, my wifes Birthday. We are both thrilled with the vehicle, it is everything we hoped it would be. If the required skill for a sales team is to be able to put the right person in the right car, your guys are at the top of their game. At no time was there any attempt to aim us at the NEW products, which would have resulted in no sale. Thank you for providing such a warm friendly experience. John Russell More

My son and I came to the dealership on a Wednesday evening. We found the car we were interested in, drove it with Alfredo, and agreed to a price with Alfredo and the sales manager. We were unable to evening. We found the car we were interested in, drove it with Alfredo, and agreed to a price with Alfredo and the sales manager. We were unable to contact the bank that evening, so we came back the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the car. Instead of finding everything ready, Alfredo and the sales manager tried to add $250 to the price we had already agreed to the night before! When we said we would not accept any additional costs and that we would rather find another dealer, they quickly changed their position and dropped the additional charges. However, when we went to finalize the financing, there were several hundred dollars in additional costs represented, over and above the price we had agreed to. When I asked the finance person why these charges were just showing up now, he said they were "missed" by the sales people. By that time, we had spent two days making this deal happen and I was too tired and frustrated to keep fighting. I have purchased three new cars in the past 2 years, and this was by far the least professional and most disorganized dealership I have ever dealt with. More
