After having the worst experience ever buying a car at Sport Mazda, getting called back numerous times after getting a car delivered to come back and sign different finance agreements because "financing f Sport Mazda, getting called back numerous times after getting a car delivered to come back and sign different finance agreements because "financing fell" in other words bait and switch, they sold an extended warranty with the car and a GAP product that could not be canceled and refunded like all others sold by other dealerships (first time in many years I bought cars), I finally decided to trade in the car at another dealership to end the nightmare i had with Mazda and Sport Mazda, went in to get the warranty canceled and refunded to me, they told Me the gap wasn't refundable, never told me that when I bought the car, after arguing with them to cancel my warranty the person in finance filled out the cancellation form and told me to wait 8 weeks, now it's 8 weeks as Of today by date and called them to see what was going on they didn't have a clue of my refund, I called directly the warranty company to find out if they even put a request only to find out they NEVER put in a request......do yourself a favor and save some headaches don't deal with this dealership, there is 2 other Mazda dealers in town that will treat you better than this people More
