Edwin great, process slow Edwin was EXCELLENT and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was not impressed however with the amount of salespeople that appeared to be standing around. When I first arrived, I stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes with salespeople walking by and not a single, "hello," which was quite a surprise. I also felt like the process was a bit slow and felt like I was sitting around and waiting for too long between negotiations and to sign all the agreements. More
