Barby was great. She quickly helped me find the car I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. There were initially a couple of problems with my financing (not Sport Mazd interested in, and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. During negotiations, Ross indicated that we could recieve a free simonize service. I noticed it included in my contract when we got home.When I called back and left my cell phone number for Ross. He called my house phone instead and spoke to my wife. He told her it was in the contract that we signed, and they also paid too much for our trade in (which made her upset) A temporary plate was put on our new car, and we were told that they would call us in about two weeks to let us know when we could put on the plates from our trade in. The temporary plate is now expired, and no one from the dealership has called us. I've just been put on hold and disconnected twice. More
I rated the dealership as great because of the service we received by Dontai Blont. Buying a car is usually very exhausting, but Dontai actually made it enjoyable. He went and picked up food for us and wouldn't let me pay! Now that's above and beyond! As far as the dealership itself, they worked with me to help me get financed. I really appreciated that. Juan Cruz was the associate that I originally contacted by phone. He was very helpful as well. I found the car on Auto Trader and Juan gave me the information I needed to get me all the way to Orlando which was about 75 miles from Crystal River where I live. The overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others, especially Dontai. More
