I moved to Florida about 2 years ago and have been taking my car to this dealership for services. This time it was for the 30K service. I requested the service appointment via their website. The site was eas my car to this dealership for services. This time it was for the 30K service. I requested the service appointment via their website. The site was easy to navigate and I received a response indicating the service appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the dealership, Jeremy quickly took my information. I told him I would be waiting for the service to be completed. He indicated it would take a few hours, but I expected that so I settled in the waiting room. The service was completed in less than 2 hours (to my surprise). Jeremy was personable and pleasant to deal with. He seemed genuinely concerned about his customers and provided excellent service. We did not need a new car. We have been a one car family for 6 years. We have a newborn and a 3 year old now so my in-laws said we need to have a new car. I was hesitant but Barby was so laid back and accommodating it was hard to say "let's look around." or find some other excuse not to get a second car. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sport Mazda. It may not be as big as the other dealers in the area but they make up for it with great employees. Daniel was absolutely terrific in helping us find the right Mazda for us and making sure to stay with us until the final paperwork was signed, over 2 hours after closing! He was very knowledgable and friendly and made sure we wet understanding of everything we were seeing. He was friendly and even helped snag us a discount on some accessories! When we came back a few days later he helped us out again in making sure everything was good with the car and how we enjoyed our visit. He is a great salesman at a great dealership, thanks again! We visited 2 other Mazda dealerships before ending up at Sport Mazda, and boy was that a mistake. Within the first 5 minutes, Daniel had done more for us than the 2 other dealers combined. I dealt with Beth for two weeks before I actually went down to purchase my car. Beth worked tirelessly to get me the deal I wanted. She was pleasant and courteous. My only complaint was not with her, but with the sales manger Josh. At the end of the sale, I was "surprised" by the high dealer fees. I was able to negotiate some all weather floor mats into the deal at cost. When my husband went to pick them up and pay for them, he realized that they were charging him full retail. When he questioned it, Josh was less than nice about it. When he realized that he was wrong and that the price he was charging was not what we were promised, he was apologetic. Overall though, my car buying experience was smooth and I love my new car. I would definitely recommend having Beth in your corner and I will be using her again. More

I have been bringing my RX8 to Sport Mazda since i purchased it in 2007. As with all my previous visits the service department has treated me very well. On my last visit this past Thursday Jeremy kn purchased it in 2007. As with all my previous visits the service department has treated me very well.
