Christian was great! I called ahead, he had the car ready and waiting for me. The process was much quicker than any other car dealership I had visited. My salesman, Charles Powery from the initial phone conversation and actual meeting at the dealership was very professional, honest, and friendly as if I’ve known him for years. The first day I arrived at the dealership late on a rainy day to see a 2007 mercury montego that was listed over the internet. That evening Charles directed me to the car to look over and test drive, being late in the evening my mind wasn’t completely made up on purchasing this car, Charles patiently and calmly show me other vehicles on the lot. At the end of the evening and after the dealership had closed, I was down to two vehicles of choice that we started negotiating best price and rates with the help of sale manager Jason Santiago, after sometime had gone bye and some good prices and rates offered, I had to admit to Charles and Jason that I needed to go over this with my wife (she is the boss). The next morning when the dealership open I arrived with my wife for her to see the vehicles of choice, we made a decision right a way to go with the 2007 mercury montego for our son.
