I appreciate your comments and I appreciate frustration both your current situation and my employees seemingly lack of communication and/or understanding of your unique situation. I know they are only sincerely trying to help and, again, I apologize for any confusion created on our end as a result. One thing I have leaned is everybody's financial situation is unique and until all parties get together and communicate very effectively with both each other and the banks, the best solution will not be found. We do pride ourselves at being the best in this area but, there are scenarios that just can't be overcome.
