On 12/26/23 I had an appointment for a test drive of a 2023 CX-30 and I must say that the entire experience was phenomenal. Alan Mendez was the sales associate that helped me through the whole process and he was amazing! He knew a lot about the car and was genuinely interested in making sure that I understood all the car had to offer. He was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. Alan made the paperwork a breeze! I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend on the vehicle. The price listed was very reasonable. After the sale was finished, Alan went above and beyond to make sure my car was detailed and the software was updated before I drove away. He even took the time to show me the perks of the MyMazda App and ensured everything was set up. The process was so straightforward and quick. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Alan!! The service department is horrible. I used to love their service department but will not be back. More
