As always, I appreciate candid feedback as we are continually looking for ways to get better in the store. I noticed the sign in is "anon" and I also could not help but notice how negative and damaging this review was "meant" to be. I think most readers will recognize a reviewer that has a personal issue with a company and I would usually not say anything further along these lines other than, there are certainly times when we drop the ball and do not deliver the level of Service our Valuable Customers Deserve.... there are also times that, due to no fault of our own, issues arise during the buying process that fall directly on the customer - things that are for the most part out of our control. Most people recognize and understand that "things happen" others, can sometimes choose to blame the business and the employees that try their absolute best everyday to do the right thing and deliver the best customer service possible. With all that being said, I sincerely apologize for not being able to deliver the World Class Buying Experience in your situation that we have been able to delivery to thousands before you and, hopefully will be able to delivery to many more.
