My Mazda experience. So I normally don't do stuff like this but I figured what the heck, why not? When I went to Mazda I was a first time buyer. I wanted a manual transmission car more than anything, and I made sure my dealer Luis Arce knew that. He helped me find this 2015 Nissan Versa and let me and my father take it for a test drive. Needless to say I loved the car and wanted to make a deal. The financial part was a bit difficult, but I suppose that's the way it is when buying a car, as I was a first time buyer so they figured I would need a bigger downpayment. Once it was all settled however, the hand shakes done and all that, I was happy to drive off in my basically new car. My only complaint would be, while Barby was a nice person, she was pushy in trying to settle a deal, putting her hand out at random times to try and seal it, it made me uncomfortable. More

It all started with a call back from our friendly and knowledgable sales man Luis Arce. He asked if we were on the market for a new vechile which we were. When we arrived he was the first one at the door to greet us and asks us if we needed a bottle of water or coffee and donuts. We were suprise of his attention that he gave to us. After the deal was made which accomadated our expectations he assured that my mothers new 2016 Mazda CX5 was clean and spotless and the fuel level was full. He was very patience in answering all the questions doubt and concerns we had. He was proffesional from the begining to the end and by far my father is greatly appreciated on how well he handle all his questions not to say my father is a real dificult customer, but he has done a well done job and went above and beyond. He also went the extra mile in pleasing us with an additional 500 dollars off. I will defenently recommend this dealership.
