The Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL! I LOVE the Cory Fairbanks Mazda Service Department!! We get all of our service done here, and we would never even consider anyplace else. Daniel Gajus is our Service Advisor, and he is always head and shoulders above what you would expect from any dealership's servcie department, expecially one like this, where the sales people are all pretty much slimy, lying, rude, snakeoil salesmen. As it stands right now, I would NEVER CONSIDER BUYING another Mazda from these xxxxxxxx, but I WILL buy another Mazda, and then, I WILL bring it here for service. More

Won’t recommend servicing at this location Came in for my first servicing appointment today. On my way back home I noticed my car sounded strange. When I get home I open the hood to find out that the air filter wasn’t properly installed. Thought that would be a simple task for a technician but I guess not. Unfortunately I will not come back to this location. More
very aggravated frustrated Recently, starting 12/13/16, I experience the worst auto service experience of my 43 years of auto ownership. after having almost $1,000 of repairs do Recently, starting 12/13/16, I experience the worst auto service experience of my 43 years of auto ownership. after having almost $1,000 of repairs done for an issue of concern, only to get it home and experience the same problem. When I returned for the service correction, I was given an additional quote of over $200 more dollars and assured that my Mazda auto would be ready the next day. I did not get my car back the next day nor was I even communicated with until 3 days later. In fact it was a week later before I could get my car back, and given more excuses than I care to mention. I was told that because of all of my troubles they would "top off my gas". Needless to say, their word was not even good enough to do that. More
After the sale I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very well. I had a couple of minor things on my CX5 which needed attention, and the service handled it very well. They always clean my vehicle when I take it in for service, and that is a great feature. My only complaint is that I brought my neighbor in who also bought a CX 5 (he like mine), and I was promised a $100.00 finders fee. I have not receive that as of yet (approx 5 weeks ago), and that is a little bit unsettling. More
