New system is not customer oriented I’ve had service here several times.. Yesterday was the first time since the removal of the kiosks. It is not convenient to have to leave the car and I’ve had service here several times.. Yesterday was the first time since the removal of the kiosks. It is not convenient to have to leave the car and go inside the building. I have mobility issues. And walking into the building to get service is time consuming. Also, I asked them if they had reset the tire pressure gauge as often they do not. Instead of checking it, they suggested I reset it myself. . So I drive off and the car makes the gauge sound indicating there is something wrong.. since this is something that was brought up again and again, one would think they'd reset it Ahead of time. The car had been ready for several hours so there should have been plenty of time to reset it properly. Apparently that is not a big deal for them but it is for me....I’ve never had that problem at other Mazda service center. And frankly it makes me suspect of their procedures. This does not install a sense of total car testing. What else did they forget to do? More

Good service if you like to wait 2 hours Took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation and they didn't even wash the car like they normally do. Great service as usual! Jiariel was very helpful and accommodating when I came in for an oil change. They pointed out that I needed a new cabin filter but they didn't pressur Jiariel was very helpful and accommodating when I came in for an oil change. They pointed out that I needed a new cabin filter but they didn't pressure me or try to change my mind when I said that I would install it myself. I appreciate that very much. I'll continue bringing my car here for maintenance and upkeep because I know that I'll get the best level of service. More
