Car service itself fine but customer service disappointing I asked to figure out why my tire pressure light was showing up on my dash. I specifically said to tell me before I choose to have service done here o I asked to figure out why my tire pressure light was showing up on my dash. I specifically said to tell me before I choose to have service done here or not. Well after waiting close to an hour, I had to find an employee and ask them about my car. He responded by saying it was already being patched right now then asked for payment. While the payment was within my expectations, for obvious reasons you should ALWAYS ask before going through with a service because I may not have wanted it to be done at this dealership. Please make sure your employees follow proper conduct. I’ve never been to any other car service shop where they did not been ask for approval before service was provided. That’s just unheard of. If it was a different scenario and the service would have been far more expensive than a plain tire patch, I would’ve been furious about not being asked before service was performed. Just because I’m a young woman doesn’t mean I don’t know a single thing about my vehicle or that you can take advantage of me. In addition, a few of the customer service associates were rude while others are very friendly and accommodating. Why is there such a stark difference? I know it can be very busy, but being friendly doesn’t cost anyone a dime and makes for a better customer experience. Please take that into account. More
