Best Service Experience This was my first service experience with Mazda and they knocked it out of the park. Not sure if car was actually serviced or was my money just t I was a little upset after having my car serviced and my tires rotated to come outside this morning to a flat tire. Always great service!! The guys are great in the service Dept. And I just love the remodel so they get to work from inside with the AC. Every time I pull in, I'm greeted and immediately taken care of. If there is an issue I want to address, they always get right on it to see what’s happening and do it in a timely manner. I’m on my second Mazda and have been a loyal customer since 2015. I won’t go anywhere else. And now that the remodel is done... it’s like total VIP treatment. And the employees are happy too. So you only win from all angles!! Before I bought my first Mazda, I always took my car to a quick oil change place. (My husband used to work at a car dealership and I still never went.) But since Mazda always treated me good and the location is so easy, I haven’t been anywhere else!! Thank you, CFM!! More
