I first called Sport Mazda North because they had good inventory compared to my local Mazda dealer, and they also had great online reviews. Alex kept in touch via calls and texts as we settled on a deal and waited for the car to arrive, and I felt like a top priority for him. Igor delivered the car to my home and showed me around (especially since I've never owned a Mazda and had not seen this car in person!). Everyone was professional and I always got a call or text back promptly. The Mazda CX-30 I leased is comfortable, and has great safety/driver assistance features for the price point. It is my around-town car and my kids love it. I also love that it's not a CVT, which is dominant in this segment. I have bought very expensive cars from other dealers and can tell you the experience I had with SMN was just as great; there are no sales gimmicks or runarounds. I went to Sport Mazda North looking for a specific carI had seen online. Upon arrival I learned that the car had been sold.
